Application:
Suitable for use as a suction and discharge hose in the chemical industry and in raw materials extraction. Resistant to hot water, detergents, non-oxidising acids and alkalis.

ATTENTION: The temperature of the medium must be lower than its boiling point.

ATTENTION: Continuous use at the peak values reduces the service life.

ATTENTION: To ensure the assembly is leakproof, it must be tested according to EN 12115:
2011.

  Temperature range: Tube, depending on discharge medium up to +95°C, hose, flexible down to -35°C, steam cleaning, without pressure, up to 130°C/max. 30 min.

Safety factor: 4 : 1

Tube: CIIR (chlorobutyl), black, smooth, electrically conductive.

Reinforcement: Textile, 2 crossed copper wires, zinc plated steel wire helix.

Cover
: EPDM, black, electrically conductive, abrasion resistant, weather resistant, cloth impression.

Marking: Continuous ink transfer tape, lilac:
"SEMPERIT S Resist-B Chemie CIIR", as well as continuous embossed labelling: "SEMPERIT S EN 12115 CIIR SD (DN) PN 16 bar Ω / T quarter/year TRbF 131/2".
