Application:
A special oxygen hose for the LD process.
The hose was developed in close cooperation with the patent owners.
Feature:
The hose features excellent flexibility.
The heat resistant rubber cover is protected from heat radiation by a vulcanised glass fabric layer that covers approx. 6 m at the end of the hose.
Notice:
The hose is supplied with vulcanised hose fittings and flanges complying with international standards:
DIN, ASA, ANSI.

Temperature range: -35°C / +80°C. Max. radiation temperature (where the hose is protected by glass fabric cover): +300°C
Safety factor: 3.75 : 1
Tube: NR/SBR, transparent, smooth.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, steel wire helix.
Cover: NR, light, vulcanised glass fabric cover over a length of approx. 6 m at one end of the hose. Zinc plated external wire helix.
