Application: Ortac (Oil Resistant Tube and Cover) is a premium-quality multipurpose hose. Used in the most abusive industrial applications, Ortac will handle air, oil, water, kerosene and some chemicals. Nonconductive, minimum electrical resistance greater than one (1) megohm per inch of hose length; at 1000 Volts DC.
Construction tube: Nitrile synthetic rubber, RMA Class A (high oil resistance)
Cover: Red Carbryn™ synthetic rubber, RMA Class A (high oil resistance)
Reinforcement: Spiral synthetic yarn, 2” is braided
Temperature: -29˚C to 88˚C
